Sales Director, Institutional FX – Americas

Responsibilities

  • New Sales to Institutional FX clients in the America’s
  • Identifying a target universe of institutional clients and prospects to expand BidFX within the region
  • Running sales life cycle from identification of new accounts through to onboarding
  • Marketing in the region and by client type via industry events, associations and conferences
  • Full management and ownership of pipeline, revenue and P&L working closely with Head of Sales, America’s.
  • Maintaining Active clients alongside a dedicated Account Manager
  • Local liaison with Liquidity Partners and Strategic Partners
  • Close liaison with global sales team, Singapore Exchange and multi asset salesforce
  • Gain client feedback for our product team and deliver product solutions back to clients

 

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, including strong existing client relationships within the eFX community
  • Minimum 5-7 years eFX experience. Knowledge of FX Options and other asset classes is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Confident in meeting, presenting and liaising at client sites and on video meetings
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a results driven, revenue-based environment
  • Ideal candidate should possess the energy, enthusiasm and commitment to be successful in this role
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to client sites
